We are looking to hire for a creative and dynamic role in Social Media Marketing with a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital trends to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:

   Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

• Content Creation & Management:

   Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter) to build a strong narrative and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Community Engagement:

   Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

• Campaign & Calendar Management:

   Develop content calendars, define content buckets, and plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting sales.

• Analytics & Reporting:

   Track social media metrics using analytics tools, generate regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance against KPIs.

• Collaboration:

   Work cross-functionally with other teams (influencer marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure social media activities align with business objectives, supporting product launches, special events, and other marketing initiatives.

• Crisis Management:

   Handle social media crises promptly by developing protocols for addressing negative feedback and sensitive issues while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• Platform Growth:

   Focus on growing channels like YouTube and LinkedIn to reduce customer acquisition costs in the long run.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry; D2C experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
• Proven ability to blend data-driven insights with creative content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for writing engaging content.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Canva, and social media management tools (buffer/semrush etc)
