We are now looking for a Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience to strengthen our digital marketing team and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

2. Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
  • Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

3. Campaigns & Promotions

  • Support digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.

4. Brand Building & Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to promote projects, offers, and company milestones.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and clients to expand brand visibility.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.

5. SEO & Digital Coordination (Basic)

  • Coordinate with the SEO and website teams to ensure brand consistency online.
  • Support in uploading property listings, blogs, and project updates on the website.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
  • Basic understanding of paid marketing, analytics, and content performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools.
  • Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
