Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social platforms. The role involves strategizing, creating, and executing content campaigns that drive engagement, followers, and conversions. You will collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and measurable growth. Company Based Requirements: Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand and client goals. Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, and stories) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan and run Meta and Google ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions. Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback, and updates. Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms. Manage and upload stories and GMB posts for clients regularly. Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports. Handle DM outreach and pitching to potential clients for collaborations or leads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience managing brand pages or social media accounts. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud. Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and paid ad strategy. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Strong sense of design aesthetics and trend awareness. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
