Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team in Ahmedabad as a Social Media Executive cum Receptionist. This full-time, on-site role requires a dynamic professional who can manage both front desk operations and our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers while also being responsible for creating engaging content and maintaining our digital footprint to support our brand identity and business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk & Administrative Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mail handling.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.


Social Media Management & Creative:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content that promotes our real estate and hospitality projects.
  • Monitor, listen to, and engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Handle graphic design, basic animation, and other creative design tasks to produce compelling visual content for digital platforms.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A graduation from any stream or a special diploma or equivalent qualification which justifies your skill is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Experience in Graphic Designing, Animation, and Creative Designing is essential.

  • A strong understanding of social media strategy and engineering principles is required.
  • Solid understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
