Social Media Executive

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.   Key Responsibilities: •       Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) •       Create visually appealing graphics and captions aligned with the brand’s tone and goals •       Plan and maintain monthly content calendars •       Analyze social media performance and generate reports using analytics tools •       Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay ahead •       Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly •       Support paid ad campaigns when required •       Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns effectively   Required Skills: •       Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices •       Excellent communication and creative writing skills •       Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) •       Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite •       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines   Preferred Qualifications: •       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field •       Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus •       Experience with paid social campaigns is an advantage   Why Join Us: •       Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and creative team •       Gain hands-on experience with real-time campaigns •       Friendly and growth-oriented work environment
