-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
-0–2 years in social media, digital marketing, or sports-related roles (internships included).-Strong interest & understanding of sports and athlete culture-Knowledge of major social platforms (IG, X, YT, FB, LinkedIn)-Basic content writing & visual sense-Ability to spot trends and adapt quickly-Good communication & coordination skills-Familiar with analytics dashboards (Meta, YouTube, etc.)-Highly organized, responsive & proactive-Team player with a creative mindset-Experience working with athletes/influencers-Basic Canva, Photoshop, or video editing skills-Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
