Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to lead the content and communication efforts for our primary brand, Ground Zero, and support additional in-house brands spanning architecture, organic products, and retail. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity and strategic thinking to elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan, create, and schedule posts, stories, and reels to ensure consistent engagement
• Edit gameplay footage and other raw content into short-form videos for digital promotions
• Design creatives for campaigns, events, and daily marketing needs
• Analyze platform performance data and recommend actionable improvements
• Ensure content adheres to individual brand guidelines and visual tone
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with business goals
• Assist with similar tasks for other in-house brands when needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Ability to independently run social pages and maintain monthly content calendars
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong visual sense; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Flexible 7–8 hours per day, start between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Weekends: Saturdays off (unless exceptional deliverables arise)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
