Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to manage day-to-day communication and relationship management with our marketing clients. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the client and internal creative, digital, and strategy teams—ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand clients’ business goals, campaigns, and expectations. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships. Project Coordination Brief internal teams (designers, content writers, performance marketers, etc.). Monitor progress of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring quality and deadlines. Track deliverables and conduct quality checks before final delivery to clients. Strategy & Planning Collaborate with internal teams to create monthly content plans, campaign strategies, and reporting structures. Provide client insights and feedback to shape marketing initiatives. Support in client onboarding, proposal creation, and pitch presentations. Reporting & Feedback Regularly update clients on performance metrics, campaign updates, and deliverables. Take feedback constructively and coordinate changes or revisions. Key Requirements 3–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a marketing, digital, or advertising agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, etc.). Comfortable with project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
