We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social media and have a proven track record of creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales and product development) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
• Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
