Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads etc.).
• Plan, Products shoot videos and brand campaigns, behind-the-scenes, and promotional reels.
• Create and manage a consistent content calendar to ensure regular and engaging social media posts.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the target audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including paid and organic, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, including paid advertising platforms and strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all channels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive and engaged online community.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
