Social Media Executive We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social media and have a proven track record of creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive business goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written). Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales and product development) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices. Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Familiarity with web design and content management systems. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
