Job Description

We are bringing our social media management and marketing efforts in-house to strengthen both our corporate presence and the personal brands of our executive leadership team. This role is pivotal in building, managing, and executing social media strategiesprimarily on LinkedInwith a focus on thought leadership, executive branding, and audience engagement.

You will work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders to craft compelling content, grow their networks, and represent the company’s brand with professionalism and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute content strategies for executive and company LinkedIn accounts.
  • Draft, edit, and publish high-quality posts including articles, short-form updates, video scripts, and graphics.
  • Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Repurpose existing content (videos, blogs, webinars) across formats and platforms.

Executive Brand Management

  • Manage and expand the CEO’s LinkedIn presence.
  • Extend branding efforts to other senior leaders in alignment with company messaging.
  • Ensure voice, tone, and positioning reflect executive personalities and brand values.

Engagement & Growth

  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and relevant industry conversations.
  • Proactively build networks by connecting with industry leaders, prospects, and communities.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Align messaging with leadership, HR, and sales/marketing teams.
  • Support campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other creatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or executive brand management.
  • Strong portfolio of B2B or executive-facing social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Experience with video content creation, Canva/Adobe tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
  • Ability to balance creativity with professional brand standards.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive to fast-moving priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Worked with C-level executives, founders, or professional services brands.
  • Familiarity with B2B industries such as software, consulting, or technology.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and brand positioning.
