Role Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for implementing day-to-day social media activities, managing content calendars, and ensuring timely publishing across platforms. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and the strategy team to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and relevant hashtags
• Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
• Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Buffer
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions (community management)
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Conduct competitor and trend research to keep content fresh and relevant
• Track basic post performance (reach, engagement) and share weekly reports
• Support in ideating campaign content and seasonal promotions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & regional language if needed)
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms
• Ability to work with Canva or coordinate with a design team
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts

Good to Have:

• Experience with reels or video ideation
• Knowledge of running basic ad promotions (optional)
• Awareness of current pop culture and meme trends
