Role Overview

Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (SMM & SMO)
  • Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Create captions, hashtags, and posting strategies aligned with luxury brand tone
  • Optimize profiles for reach, engagement, and brand consistency (SMO)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in coordination with the team
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
Content Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate with the design team for posts, banners, stories, and reels
  • Plan monthly content calendars including festivals, campaigns, launches, and weddings
  • Assist in creating reels, stories, and short-form video content
  • Ensure content aligns with OMID’s luxury positioning
SEO (Website & Content)
  • Work on on-page SEO for the OMID website (product pages, collections, blogs)
  • Keyword research relevant to jewellery, bags, and luxury fashion
  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, image alt text, and content structure
  • Support basic technical SEO coordination with the website team
Website & E-commerce Support
  • Assist in optimizing website content for traffic and conversions
  • Ensure consistency between social campaigns and website landing pages
  • Support campaign launches and promotions from a digital marketing perspective
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track social media and website performance using basic analytics tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of

    SEO, SMO, and SMM

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram-focused)
  • Understanding of fashion, luxury, or lifestyle branding
  • Good written communication skills (English)
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite (preferred)
  • Ability to plan content and execute consistently
