We are seeking a talented and driven

Social Media Coordinator

to join our team in

Gurugram.

As a

full-time on-site role,

the Social Media Manager will spearhead our social media marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping our online presence. From developing comprehensive content strategies to fostering engagement and optimising platform performance, the incumbent will be instrumental in amplifying Iksha Labs' brand identity across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and creative content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Utilise video editing and graphic design tools to produce high-quality visual content that reflects our brand and appeals to our tech-savvy audience
  • Write professional and appealing captions, posts, and headlines that align with our brand
  • Create, edit, and manage short videos, reels, and multimedia content across multiple formats including videos, images, and text to support our marketing and sales objectives
  • Develop content strategies based on market trends and analytics to increase engagement and lead generation
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns and online platforms
  • Analyse content performance metrics to understand effectiveness and optimise future content for maximum impact and conversion
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media pages, including posting and scheduling content
  • Respond to comments and messages, and build strong connections with our audience
  • Stay updated on trends and incorporate them into our content strategy

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing and Campaign Management to ensure brand's visibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing content strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Ability to craft engaging social media communications that captivate and inspire
  • Strong analytical mindset, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the technology industry would be advantageous
