About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to drive our relationship-building efforts. This is a crucial role focused on using creative digital channels (email, social media, etc.) to invite interior designers, architects, and potential collaborators to visit display room. This is not a traditional retail or high-pressure sales position; it's about building genuine connections and nurturing interest through compelling digital content and occasional follow-up calls.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Invitation & Outreach: Craft and send personalized digital invites via platforms like email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs to a targeted list of interior designers.
• Content Curation & Engagement: Utilize platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to create engaging content that provides a compelling preview of our unique marble designs, specifically encouraging and converting interest into in-person visits.
• Relationship Nurturing: Follow up on digital invites with friendly calls or messages to schedule display room tours and answer preliminary questions.
• Strategy & Trend Spotting: Actively monitor trends in interior design and digital media to continuously refine outreach strategies and ensure our workshop stands out.
• Creative Support: Assist with light, hands-on workshop tasks, including capturing high-quality photos/videos of new pieces for digital sharing and helping set up small display room events.

Requirements:

• Digital Fluency & Enthusiasm: An energetic individual fluent in digital tools. A strong passion for experimenting with AI, social media, and content creation is a must.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages and conducting confident, engaging follow-up calls.
• Design Aesthetic: A natural sense of design, potentially demonstrated through personal projects in graphic design, photography, or interior styling.
• Versatile & Adaptable: A highly ambitious individual comfortable blending creative content, digital marketing, and networking with a hands-on, flexible approach.
• Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or basic CRM apps is a plus.
