Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and engagement strategies that resonate with a professional audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team to plan campaigns and visuals
• Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to education and professional learning
• Support the execution of digital events, campaigns, and collaborations
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in social media management (internships also considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Passion for education, branding, and creative content
