Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will manage Baidyanath’s social platforms, curate meaningful content, and connect with audiences who believe in the power of natural healing. This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and analytical, with a love for health, wellness, and Ayurveda.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Develop creative campaigns that highlight Baidyanath’s Ayurvedic products, ingredients, and wellness benefits
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand strategy and seasonal campaigns
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster an active, positive online community
• Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly social media reports
• Stay updated on health, wellness, and Ayurveda-related trends to bring fresh ideas to our content strategy
• Coordinate with influencers, wellness experts, and brand ambassadors for collaborations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Ayurveda, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (preferably in wellness, FMCG, or healthcare sectors)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for Ayurveda, natural living, and holistic wellness

Nice to Have

• Experience with design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge of Hindi and English for bilingual content creation
• Experience running paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
