PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. We are driven by a community of over 4,000 peers and a passionate team of 50 changemakers. Our services include an anonymous chat platform, peer support through human buddies, a 24/7 AI-driven buddy support model, and professional counseling therapy sessions. PANHA addresses issues like harassment, relationship trauma, academic and financial stress, anxiety, and depression. We strive to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for individuals to connect and heal.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, managing PANHA's social media accounts, and measuring the success of social media campaigns. Daily tasks will include writing posts, creating graphics and videos, scheduling content, monitoring trends, and engaging with our online community to foster support and connection.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing
  • Skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Creative Writing
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Strategy, Analytics, and Engagement Metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with mental health and support communities is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
