PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. The platform offers various services including an Anonymous chat platform, Human Buddy for listening (peer support), AI-driven buddy 24/7 Support Model, and Counselling Therapy Sessions. PANHA aims to provide assistance for a wide range of issues from assault, stalking, and harassment to academic pressure and financial stress.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Founder's office position at PANHA. The role will involve creating compassionate, non-judgmental support for individuals who are dealing with mental health difficulties. While this position is based in New Delhi, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

Experience in mental health counseling or support
Strong communication and active listening skills
Empathy and compassion for those in distress
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism
Knowledge of mental health resources and support systems
Training or certification in counseling or mental health support is a plus
