Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator Location: Goregaon East Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3+ years (preferably in fashion, lifestyle sectors) Reports To: Director As our Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing compelling content that engages our audience and strengthens brand presence across social media platforms. You will be the visual storyteller and voice of the brand, aligning all digital content with our aesthetic and values. Social Media Management Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) Develop and execute monthly content calendars in line with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics Content Creation Create high-quality photo, video, and write a content for social media, website, and email marketing Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and apply them to content strategies Brand Storytelling Craft captions, product descriptions, and storytelling narratives that reflect the brand tone and drive engagement Develop behind-the-scenes, BTS reels, UGC-style content, styling tips, and trend breakdowns Community Engagement Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and tags to build a strong online community Trend Monitoring Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity Propose fresh ideas and creative campaigns that capture attention Show more Show less
