Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide constructive feedback. Classroom Management: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Resource Development: Utilize and create educational resources, including multimedia presentations, charts, and interactive activities. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and conduct. Professional Development: Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends. Extracurricular Involvement: Support and participate in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities related to Social Science. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in Social Science or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
