Writer & Creator

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Creative (Reels & Viral Content)

• Ideate and script 10–15 high-impact Reels per month with strong hooks and viral potential.
• Spot and adapt trending formats for the brand, ensuring fresh and share-worthy content.
• Coordinate shoots, propose creative treatments, and occasionally appear in videos.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while optimizing content for maximum reach, engagement, and retention.

Script writing

• Write 6–7 scripts per week for spec videos.
• Collaborate closely with the editing team,
• Assist in AI video projects by contributing scripts, concepts, and creative directions.
• Research, brainstorm, and support direction for TVCs or large-scale creative projects.

• Strong grasp of short-form video formats and pacing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing, Film Studies, Marketing, or a related field. (Relevant experience can substitute formal education.)
• Experience: 1–3 years in content creation, scriptwriting, or social media storytelling (agency or brand-side experience preferred).
• Creative Writing Skills: Strong ability to craft engaging hooks, compelling narratives, and impactful copy for both short-form and long-form video formats.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, trending formats, viral mechanics, and platform-specific algorithms.
• Video Production Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting, shot planning, and coordinating shoots; bonus if comfortable appearing on camera.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with editors, designers, and creative leads to bring concepts to life.
• Research & Concept Development: Skilled in researching, brainstorming, and adapting creative ideas for different audiences.
• Technical Skills (Bonus): Basic editing knowledge, AI-assisted video tools, or familiarity with creative software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Personal Traits: Highly creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and deadline-driven with a passion for storytelling.
