Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (reels, short videos, posts, stories) for platforms like

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories, YouTube videos)

• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, effects, and background music to videos

• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals

• Research social media trends and implement them creatively

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies

• Maintain brand tone, quality, and consistency across platforms

• Analyze performance and suggest improvements based on insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  Social Media Content Creator or Video Editor

• Strong video editing and basic motion graphics skills

• Knowledge of social media algorithms and content formats

• Experience with camera handling and basic lighting (preferred)

• Creativity, storytelling skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

• Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating

  Reels, Shorts, and viral content

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

• Experience in real estate / lifestyle / brand marketing

  (optional)
• Understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy is a plus
