We’re looking for someone with experience in social media, Social Media Content Strategy & research skills to be our full-time, in-house Social Media Strategist. Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon, Haryana Shift Timing: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm At Midivision Private Limited (Miduty) , we believe that remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking lead to impactful work. We are looking for an experienced, driven, and creative Social Media Associate to join our in-house team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, image, video, and multimedia) across platforms. Manage, monitor, and optimize performance across all social media channels. Create and implement effective social media and influencer campaigns aligned with overall brand goals. Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research to inform social media and influencer strategies. Maintain a comprehensive monthly social media calendar and assist in campaign planning. Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and industry professionals. Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking. Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate closely with the creative team (copywriters and designers) as well as the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Track performance metrics and provide regular reports and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role. Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end. Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, etc. Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.). Experience in audience and buyer persona research to target the right users. Working knowledge of SEO, hashtags, engagement strategies , and web traffic metrics . Show more Show less
