Role Available:

Social Media & Project Manager / Strategist

Important Details:

• This is 

  NOT a freelance gig or internship.

• This is a full-time role

  , where you’ll work with us regularly while enjoying the flexibility of a freelancer.
• You’ll collaborate with our internal creative and editing teams via 

  Slack

   and help oversee campaigns from concept to execution.
• Payments are calculated 

  on a monthly basis

  , based on agreed deliverables.
• Bonus incentives for any extra responsibilities
• We’re looking for someone who can grow with us — managing client pages, creating strategies, and eventually leading a small creative team.

• Strong understanding of 

  social media platforms

   (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Experience with 

  content strategy, scheduling, and analytics

• Good eye for design and storytelling — ability to guide editors and designers

• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal team members

• Experience using 

  tools

   like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Notion, Claude and CustomGPTs
• Familiarity with 

  paid ad campaigns

   and content performance tracking
• Leadership or client management experience
