Your role as a SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING CRUSADER will have the following responsibilities: Work directly with founders to design effective social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and enhance followership Execute these social medial campaigns via organic push (content, influencer marketing, brand partnerships etc.) and inorganic push (performance marketing, paid PR etc.) Analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to fine tune future campaigns Lead on ground physical campaigns, community meet ups to drive offline traffic to digital channels Interface with creatives and business ops team to produce meaningful content for social outreach Ideate on channels for growth and innovative marketing strategies (beyond Meta and Google) to increase top of the funnel leads and create referral loops Requirements 3-4 years experience in a reputed digital marketing firm [OR] 3-4 years of experience as social media and customer outreach manager in a fast growth startup Hand on e xperience in Digital & Social Media Marketing such FB ads manager, Google Analytics, Search Console CRM experience on Sales Force/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus Creative process understanding and excellent language command Basic analytical abilities to break down campaign data and drive insights Eagerness to learn in a fast growth startup culture :)
