Periodically he/she able to do job specific validation after completion of Final FAT and generate document through validation vendor and submit final validation document to QC 27. During warranty time follow up with client for machine feed back. 8. Follow up for spares requirement of his area. For loan base material, he has to follow all activity in accurate. 9. Job Description of Engineer Engineer (Production) 1. Receipt of required drawings from Design, and check with reference to drawing distribution sheet. Check same is attached in ERP system jobwise. File this drawing in predefined location. 2. Issue job related drawing to sub-contractor with stamp and sign. 3. Receipt of QAP, Check list and weld log sheet from QC. 4. Issue job related drawing to sub-contractor with stamp and sign. 5. Prepare issue slip and labour order for work execution. Give issue slip labour order to store and coordinate with store for material cutting. 6. Carryout stage wise in process inspection as per QA plan. 7. Offer Stage to QC or Third party as mentioned in QAP. Like stage need to inspect by QC person, Radiography, Boroscopy, Hydro test. LPT test etc. 8. Record inspection data in specified check list or register like Hydrotest register, Expansion register, Weld log sheet, Ra value report etc. 9. Solve the issue and problem related to fabrication, drawings etc. coordinating with Design, QC and other related functions. 10. Prepare maintenance slip in case of break down. And coordinate with maintenance for timely completion. 11. Disposal of scrap like off cuts etc. Time to time. 12. Ensure proper housekeeping in related area. 13. Monitoring of hand tools so that it can work for max. Life cycle. 14. Prepare MRN for consumables, do necessarily follow up with purchase for receipt of consumables and issue consumables to required person. 15. Close observation and non-confirmation raised by QC, FAT and Third party. 16. Offer job to QC for verification and after closing observation NC offer the job to FAT team for internal FAT. 17. Ensure completion of job with respect to agreed date. 18. Return material back to store where “R” tag is marked. 19. MOM compliance in time after customer FAT. 20.
