Project Engineer/ Asst Manager

Hello ,

we have an opening for Project Engineer/ Manager at Ahmadabad location for our sterile Division ( require person who handled project atleast for 2 years )

Please find the below JD:

1. Should be target oriented for achieving billing numbers.
2. Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Schedules in MS Project for the jobs deliveries of various projects.
3. Check and review contract and Technical specification from customers. Understanding of project scope including interpretation of technical drawings.
4. Good understanding of GMP & sanitary concepts and design codes
5. Understand concepts of Steam, Heat Exchanger design.
6. Track customer priority and inform production department to accordingly plan the execution of the project.
7. Analysis of drawings mainly P&ID Layout & GA for proper fitments and should be able to discuss and provide suggestions to customer.
8. Working cross fictional with Design, Planning, Automation and Production department to bring in all technical inputs from customers during design stage.
9. Understand job flow and work closely with planning department.
10. Follow up on releasing drawings, Documents like DR, FAT protocols from Internal team.
11. Taking follow-up with customers for Drawing and Document Approvals.
12. Measuring & monitoring of the projects status with the help of production department and updating to customer / internal team.
13. Ensuring the sequence & timing of process which must be in-line with requirement of our plan.
14. As this role needs direct communications with customer, the person should have good interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
15. Based on customer clearance coordination with logistics dept for Timely Finalization of Transportation Vehicles and dispatch.
