Handling technical support calls and providing other logistical support as requested
Get drawing, design qualification & other documents approved
Liaise with manufacturing units
Maintain gross profit margins as planned
Manage sales team
Generate opportunities from the market for the entire product offering
Attend all the inquiries received from the territory/region and communicate to client including submission of offer, drawings, literature etc
Travel to territories/regions for follow up of offers submitted, attending customer complaints and helping them to solve the problem in co-ordination with manufacturing units and service department
Preparation of MIS for follow up
Provide required information on our international competitors for various items. Conduct detail study on their strength, technical details and pricing and give necessary feedback to marketing & design people
Developing and retaining markets and customers
Monitor Changes in market or customer expectations
Credit control management
Manage customer relationships
Manage dispatch and logistics
Sales process management through ERP system
Follow the set process of post order deliverable
