Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visiting clients, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company products and services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Production, FAT) to ensure smooth communication with clients.

  • Support the sales and marketing team in client follow-ups, documentation, and communication.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

  • Organize and manage client visits, meetings, hospitality arrangements, and factory tours.

  • Assist in arranging travel, accommodation, and other logistics for visiting customers.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Support company events, exhibitions, and conferences as part of the hospitality and client engagement team.

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers professionally.

  • Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages.

  • Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes.

  • Coordinating with security regarding visitor and staff access

  • Ticket Booking of train, airways, etc.

  • Courier handling

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality Management / Marketing or equivalent.

  • 13 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in manufacturing or pharma industry).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.

  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and customer-centric mindset.

Working Days & Timings:

[Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM]
