Job Description

Analysis of drawings mainly P&ID Layout & GA for proper fitments and should be able to discuss and provide suggestions to customer.

Working cross fictional with Design, Planning, Automation and Production department to bring in all technical inputs from customers during design stage.

Understand job flow and work closely with planning department. Follow up on releasing drawings, Documents like DR, FAT protocols from Internal team. Taking follow-up with customers for Drawing and Document Approvals.

Measuring & monitoring of the project s status with the help of production department and updating to customer / internal team.

Ensuring the sequence & timing of process which must be in-line with requirement of our plan.

As this role needs direct communications with customer, the person should have good interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.

. Based on customer clearance coordination with logistics dept for Timely Finalization of Transportation Vehicles and dispatch. Key Performance Indicator :

Co-ordinating between customer, manufacturing units, REPORTING MANAGER and sales team for timely completion of projects or supply of materials.

Preparation of required layouts etc with the help of engineer either from the factory or outside as the case may be and to be submitted to the manufacturing company for further action.

Appropriate inspection of all the export OREDERED equipment s either in factory or for bought out equipment s to be done in co-ordination with our service team.

Facilitator and coordinator between client and manufacturing units on orders as well as spares of the equipment s supplied.

Supporting VENDORS team members to perform Installation. commissioning activities for assigned SITES. Performing project activities independently through the site visit in case required Attending On-site Service and breakdown functions . P romoting Spares and service to encourage revenue generation. Organizing on-the-job and online training session in coordination with Principal experts. Maintainig records of know-how and SOPs received from Principal experts.

Skills Required :

Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent telephonic communication skills Ability to work in a team environment. Good Engineering basics Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and processes Understanding of sales & service process Proficient in using a computer for all day-to-day work.
