Role Description

This is a full-time role for a GET/Apprentice- HR & Admin. The role requires on-site work in Kalol. The Apprentice- HR & Admin will be responsible for various HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and supporting HR management. The role will also involve general administrative duties and coordination within the HR department.

QualificationsMBA- HR/ MSW or relevant degree form the recognised UniversitySkills

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Handle End to End recruitment
• HRIS
• Compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  

Experience

0-2 Years of experience in Human resources planning Preferable to have experience in FMCG/ Pharma/ Manufacturing company ISO experience/ Knowledge would be advantage.
