Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive the sales of Single-Phase Pumps within the
Udaipur
territory, ensuring achievement of targets.
Manage and develop relationships with
distributors and dealers
to expand market reach.
Increase both primary and secondary sales across the territory.
Focus on dealer network management to achieve deeper market penetration.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors sales activities, pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
Devise and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.
Oversee branding and advertising strategies within the territory to enhance brand awareness.
Address and resolve any service-related issues within the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributors sales teams for enhanced performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant graduation/Diploma (3yr)
Atleast 3 years of experience in channel sales dealing pumps.
Experience in handling Udaipur market.
