Job Description

Role & responsibilities Have to handle customer service operations for Sambhaji Nagar branch for Pump, Fan, Motors and applicances. Major Area to handle are ASPs/ Customers/ Dealers/ Sub Dealers and Distributors. Customer/ Dealer complaint management (Closing Approx. 8000 calls/Month) Spare part planning (MSL for ASP) and management Support to production team regarding problems & further development related to market requirements. Conducted market survey along with mktg / production team for new products as & when required. Support & Train service team / ASP staff related to product services for entire region. Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability. MIS reporting for various KPIs and close monitoring of the same Co-ordinate with Product development team/ Factory team for new defects and resolutions Conducting trainings (Technical and Soft Skill for ASP staff, Dealers and Brand-shops). Day to day branch operation with team handling. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical engineering Experience: Good experience in Electronics, Pumps, Motors, Fan & appliances products service field
