Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Extract and analyse data from the AJAX one system to identify leads requiring follow-up. Make 3040 calls per day to AJAX executives/ Dealer Sales executives to follow up on pending leads and quotations. Ensure Dealer Sales executives accurately update lead status, quotation details, and follow-up outcomes in the Ajax one System through follow up. Record and share daily reports on call activities, updated leads, and pending items with the marketing team. Coordinate with sales executives to resolve discrepancies in lead or quotation information. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration & related discipline. 23 years of relevant experience in sales support, telemarketing, customer follow-up or CRM data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic functions. Ability to manage a high volume of calls on occasional basis. JD Junior Safety Officer Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities of Safety Officer: 1. Risk Identification and Mitigation Conduct regular Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) . Develop and implement risk control measures. Ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is done for critical tasks. 2. Inspections and Audits Perform regular safety inspections of work areas, equipment, and machinery. Organize internal safety audits and facilitate external audits (statutory, ISO 45001, client). Ensure compliance with 5S, LOTO, and other safety standards. 3. Training and Awareness Conduct safety induction for new employees, visitors, and contractors. Organize periodic safety training (e.g., fire safety, first aid, electrical safety, working at heights). Promote safety awareness through toolbox talks, posters, and campaigns (e.g., National Safety Week). 4. Incident Investigation Investigate near misses, accidents, and unsafe conditions. Prepare incident reports and identify root causes using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, etc. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions. 5. Emergency Preparedness Ensure emergency response plans are in place and regularly updated. Conduct mock drills (fire, chemical spill, evacuation). Maintain emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, alarms). 6. Safety Documentation and Reporting Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and PPE records. Ensure proper documentation of safety observations, audits, and inspections. Submit monthly safety performance reports (incident rates, training, compliance status). 7. Contractor Safety Management Ensure contractors follow site safety rules. Review contractor safety documents (SOPs, risk assessments, work permits). Monitor and control high-risk activities (e.g., hot work, confined space entry). 8. Safety Committee Coordination Act as a secretary or member of the internal safety committee. Organize periodic safety committee meetings. Track and follow up on safety actions from meetings. 9. Continuous Improvement Suggest and implement safety improvements through observations and feedback. Benchmark safety practices with industry standards.
