Leadership in Test Automation FrameworksSpearhead the design, enhancement, and scaling of automation frameworks and tools using Python, Go, and GenAI/ML technologies accelerating regression testing cycles for MX, ACX, PTX, and related programs. 12. Mentorship and Innovation AdvocacyServe as a thought leader and mentor on emerging testing technologies including Generative AI and machine learning fostering a culture of innovation and continuous professional growth within the test organization. What you need to bring: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering (CS/ECE). 12 15 years of hands-on experience in network product testing, with a strong focus on L2/L3 protocols, BNG, and platform-level validation. Proven experience in Multi-Feature Testing (MFT) and Product Development Testing, functional regression test planning, execution, and reporting. Proficiency in Generative AI, data mining, and machine learning techniques to automate test coverage analysis, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation. Deep understanding of routing and networking protocols, including ISIS, OSPF, BGP, QoS, Firewall, Multicast, MPLS, VPLS, NGMVPN, L2/L3 VPNs, EVPN, and VXLAN.
