SMT Program Coordinator

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors Degree in
Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
.
Proficiency in Chinese language
(highly preferred).
Strong technical knowledge in
SMT/EMS manufacturing environments
.
Experience in
Capex project management & equipment procurement
.
Understanding of
supply chain operations, customs procedures, and vendor management
.
Strong
program coordination and problem-solving skills
.
Excellent interpersonal and
cross-functional communication
abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office
; experience with
SAP/ERP systems
is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead
planning, budgeting, and execution
of SMT Capex programs.
Manage the
end-to-end spare parts procurement process
– forecasting, sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
Coordinate
program modifications/customizations
as per project or customer requirements.
Act as a
customs liaison
, ensuring smooth clearance processes and compliance with regulations.
Work closely with
engineering, production, and supply chain teams
to ensure timely availability of equipment and components.
Maintain
comprehensive documentation, reports, and audit records
for management reviews.
