🎯 Role Overview:

As the SMT / MLB Manufacturing Head, you’ll lead the end-to-end production processes for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Multi-Layer Board (MLB) operations. This pivotal role demands a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset to optimize performance, ensure quality, and elevate efficiency across the production floor.

Responsibilities:

Lead SMT & PCB Assembly operations with technical proficiency.

Manage complete SMT production lines and drive process excellence.

Spearhead New Product Development Engineering initiatives.

Enforce best practices in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.

Analyze cycle times and balance workloads across assembly lines.

Maintain strict control over WIP inventory on the shop floor.

Oversee BOM updates and inventory management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement kaizen and drive innovation.

Champion Lean principles, Poke-Yoke, 5S systems, and ASP initiatives.

Monitor and enhance SMT line yield, efficiency, and output quality.

Strategically plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 14+ years of core experience in SMT Production & PCB Assembly.

Proven troubleshooting skills and process optimization expertise.

Deep knowledge of ESD standards and quality protocols.

Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership capabilities.
