This pivotal role demands a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset to optimize performance, ensure quality, and elevate efficiency across the production floor. 🔧 Responsibilities: Lead SMT & PCB Assembly operations with technical proficiency. Manage complete SMT production lines and drive process excellence. Spearhead New Product Development Engineering initiatives. Enforce best practices in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Analyze cycle times and balance workloads across assembly lines. Maintain strict control over WIP inventory on the shop floor. Oversee BOM updates and inventory management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement kaizen and drive innovation. Champion Lean principles, Poke-Yoke, 5S systems, and ASP initiatives. Monitor and enhance SMT line yield, efficiency, and output quality.
