SME - Sales - Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As an SME - Corporate, Marine/ Liability, fire/ Property, GMC /GPA specialist based in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of SME clients. Your focus will involve monitoring their insurance needs, engaging proactively to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and identifying new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the company's client base and revenue. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients is crucial for understanding their business needs and providing personalized service. Selling insurance products and services to SMEs and cross-selling other relevant financial products are also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of SME clients by monitoring their insurance needs and engaging proactively for client satisfaction and retention. - Identify new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the company's client base and revenue. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs, and providing personalized service. - Sell insurance products and services to SMEs, while cross-selling other relevant financial products offered by the company. - Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to SME clients by promptly addressing their queries and concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams and customer service to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
