Job Description

A SmartCOMM CCM (Customer Communications Management) analyst profile typically involves developing and executing cross-channel communications using SmartCOMM, a cloud-based CCM platform. These analysts focus on personalization, relevance at scale, and building automated communications. They also work with data, reporting, analytics, and end-to-end campaign operations. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Creating email layouts and templates using Smart Components within SmartCOMM, designing and delivering campaigns, and managing releases into the Edge Platform. Validating and preparing data files, identifying and remediating issues, and performing advanced segmentation, reporting, and analytics. Conducting thorough QA to ensure seamless deployment of communication campaigns. Having a fair understanding of the end-to-end Campaign Operation Process. Specific Skills: Familiarity with W3C standards (XML, XPATH, XSLT, XSLFO), databases (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MS SQL), object-oriented programming languages (JAVA), and debugging/profiling tools are advantageous. Knowledge of file formats: Understanding of PostScript, PDF, or AFP formats is helpful.
