Role Overview

The Slimming Head leads the Slimming Department, ensuring technical excellence, sales growth, client satisfaction, and operational compliance. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and driving superior client outcomes while protecting the value of the VLCC brand.

Skills

Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth
  

Achieve slimming services & product sales targets.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

• Customer Excellence
  

Conduct client assessments (diet, medical, fitness) & design programs.
Ensure DNA Slim & SOP-based therapies are implemented on time.Monitor progress, review results, and resolve client concerns.Maintain high client regularity & package execution.

• Operations & Compliance
  

Oversee equipment, hygiene, consumables, and stock as per SOP.
Ensure accurate record-keeping in systems and registers.Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, and physiotherapists for holistic care.

• Team Leadership
  

Lead, train, and motivate slimming staff.
Manage rosters, attendance, and staff productivity.Conduct team meetings, resolve grievances, and ensure discipline.

• Engagement & Events
  

Plan in-clinic wellness events, group counselling, and motivational activities.
Share success stories, performance reports, and client outcomes with corporate/area heads.

• Competencies
  

Strong knowledge of slimming, dietetics, and wellness therapies.
Ability to counsel clients and drive compliance.Leadership and team management skills.Sales orientation with client-centric approach.
