JD -Trainer for Sky Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:

  
  
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on Products, Process and Journeys.
  
  
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires so as to integrate them quickly on their roles
  
  
  • Deliver refresher and upskilling modules aligned with business goals
  
  



• Content Development:

  
  
  • Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules specific to banking.
  
  
  • Collaborate with Product , Process and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy , simplicity and relevance.
  
  
  • Ensure application of knowledge so that participants get practical education, exposure and experience to engage with customers and prospects.
  
  



• Stakeholder Engagement:

  
  
  • Work closely with business heads, Customer Success Team, Team Leaders to identify training needs.
  
  
  • Provide feedback, process improvements and insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
  
  



• Performance Monitoring:

  
  
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  
  
  • Recommend interventions for underperforming teams or individuals
  
  
  • Plan and Conduct Refresher on predetermined frequencies and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training
  
  
  • Drive NPS/sales target (wherever applicable) and implementation of strategies devised for process.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Banking, Finance, or related field.


• Minimum 3/5 years of experience in banking as Trainer/ Sales/Product


• Strong understanding of Processes and Customer Journeys


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in shifts so as to cover various customer geographies


• Having a team handling experience would be desirable
