Gallant Technical Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a leading supplier and installer of Gantrail rail fixing systems, pads, fasteners, grouts, welding kits, and crane rail accessories. We provide end-to-end services including survey, design, installation, welding, refurbishment, and shutdown maintenance for crane rails across ports, shipyards, steel plants, and automated warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to crane rail installation. 
• Review installation drawings, alignment plans, and specifications; ensure compliance.
• Assist in setting up, aligning, levelling, and welding crane rails, soleplates, and pads.
• Monitor materials at site — receipt, inspection, and proper storage.
• Enforce site safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Maintain quality by checking alignment, tolerances, and weld finish.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and QA/QC teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist in resolving on-site challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 
• Full-time B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical from a recognised university.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in rail/crane rail installation or industrial projects.
• Freshers with internship experience in crane rail installation may also apply.

Skills & Attributes

• Understanding of crane rail components, soleplates, pads, and fastening systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of basic levelling and alignment techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
