Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee aluminium fabrication and installation works at client sites. The role requires supervising site activities, coordinating with the project team, preparing material estimates, and ensuring quality and timely project execution. A working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for preparing drawings, measurements, and cost estimations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and prepare work estimates.
• Interpret drawings and prepare detailed fabrication and installation plans using AutoCAD.
• Supervise site execution of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, facades, ACP cladding, and UPVC works.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and site installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and manpower.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications at the site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily work logs, and material usage records.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients/contractors at the site.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively, reporting critical issues to management.
• Ensure site work is completed within deadlines and cost estimates.
• Support project managers with BOQs, cost sheets, and client quotations when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Civil or Architecture (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Estimator, preferably in aluminium fabrication or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings, measurements, and estimates.
• Knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, and ACP materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for supervising site workers.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently to sites.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Zoho/ERP entry for reports).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
