Supervise and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project completion
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and labor teams for daily work execution
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
Plan and allocate tasks to site workers based on project priorities and schedules
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements
Maintain site documentation including daily reports, attendance, material usage, and work progress logs
Ensure site safety protocols are followed and report any incidents or hazards promptly
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material delivery and inventory management
Support in resolving site-related issues and provide technical guidance to workers when needed
Communicate regularly with management regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
8 to 12 years of experience in site supervision or construction project execution
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
