Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field activities related to desilting of sewer lines and rehabilitation of pipelines using CIPP, GRP, or MWSL lining technologies. The role includes managing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, and coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

• Supervise and manage daily operations for sewer line desilting and pipeline rehabilitation projects.
• Ensure proper execution of CIPP, GRP, or MWSL lining work as per approved methodology.
• Conduct site inspections and verify work quality and progress.

2. Technical & Operational Duties

• Coordinate CCTV inspection, measurement, and assessment of sewer lines before and after rehabilitation.
• Monitor equipment such as jetting machines, desilting machines, Lining equipments

3. Manpower & Team Management

• Allocate work to field teams and operators.
• Train, guide, and supervise workers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain daily attendance and productivity reports.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards during all site activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.
• Report any incidents, near misses, or safety violations.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and measurement sheets.
• Ensure proper documentation of material usage, equipment deployment, and work completed.

6. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Communicate site challenges, progress, and resource requirements to management.
• Assist in planning work sequences and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/12th Pass
• Minimum 1–5 years experience in sewer network O&M, desilting operations, or trenchless pipeline rehabilitation (CIPP/GRP/MWSL).
• Knowledge of sewer systems, lining technologies, and related machinery.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Understanding of CIPP/GRP/MWSL rehabilitation processes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and site management.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in field conditions and rotational shifts if required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting applications).

Job Summary

The Technician will be responsible for carrying out field-level activities related to sewer line desilting, pipeline cleaning, CCTV inspection, and rehabilitation works using CIPP, GRP, or MWSL lining methods. The role requires hands-on operation of equipment, adherence to safety standards, and support to the Supervisor/Engineer in completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Operations

• Perform desilting, jetting, and cleaning of sewer lines using appropriate machinery.
• Assist in CIPP/GRP/MWSL lining installation, including preparation, calibration, curing, and finishing.
• Help in setting up trenchless technology tools.

2. Equipment Handling

• Operate equipment such as:
• Jetting machine
• Super sucker/desilting machine
• CIPP / MWSL / GRP Lining equipment
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Report any faults or breakdowns immediately to the supervisor.

3. Site Support

• Assist Supervisor/Engineer in measurement, marking, and preparation of work areas.
• Ensure proper setup and dismantling of work sites.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules at all times.
• Wear appropriate PPE during all operations.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Record daily work activities and equipment usage.
• Support in maintaining site logs, checklists, and inspection records.
• Provide accurate data for progress reporting to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma. related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in sewer O&M, pipeline desilting, or trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP/GRP/MWSL).
• Experience in operating sewer cleaning and trenchless equipment.

Skills Required

• Practical knowledge of sewer cleaning and rehabilitation processes.
• Ability to operate and maintain field equipment.
• Understanding of basic safety practices.
• Capacity to work in confined spaces and challenging site conditions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Physically fit for site activities.
• Willingness to work in shifts/overtime when required.

Basic understanding of tools, machinery, and field reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
