Job Description: Site Supervisor - Cinema Hall & Auditorium Seat Installation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of cinema hall and auditorium seats at various project sites. The successful candidate will coordinate the installation process, manage the installation team, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Site Supervisor will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of seat installation projects.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedule seat installation projects, considering factors such as project timelines, resources, and client requirements.

· Coordinate and lead the installation team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.

· Ensure that seat installation is carried out according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

· Conduct site inspections to assess installation readiness, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to overcome challenges.

· Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.

· Maintain accurate records of installation progress, materials used, and any modifications made during the process.

· Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for the installation team and other stakeholders.

· Perform quality control checks on completed installations to verify that they meet the required standards and client expectations.

· Manage inventory and logistics of materials, tools, and equipment required for installation.

· Train and onboard new installation team members, ensuring they are familiar with processes, safety guidelines, and project expectations.

· Provide regular reports to higher management regarding project status, challenges faced, and potential improvements.

· Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials and supplies for installation projects.

· Maintain a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to cinema hall and auditorium seat installations.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of installers.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.

· Problem-solving aptitude to address unexpected challenges during installation projects.

· Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation related to seat installations.

· Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in construction and installation environments.

· Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.

Qualification:

Ø Minimum education qualification – Any Bachelor’s Degree / B. E Civil / B-Tech (Mech. Eng.)

Ø Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Ø Language: English/Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam

Ø Basic knowledge of computers
