Position Overview

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing modular furniture installation projects across Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure that every site runs smoothly — from delivery coordination to final installation — while maintaining our standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
• Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and as per drawings.
• Liaise with the factory team, clients, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy in measurements, alignment, and finish.
• Handle site material tracking, inventory, and ensure safe handling of panels and fittings.
• Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper worksite discipline among the team.
• Resolve site-level issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–2 years in interior, modular furniture, or construction supervision (freshers welcome).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and site measurements.
• Ability to multitask and manage teams on site.
• Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, email).
• Two-wheeler license preferred.
